DBA: Nanit (“Nanit”), located at 244 Fifth Avenue, Suite #2702, New York, New York 10001, USA,+1-866-MYNANIT,warrants to the owner of the enclosed product that the product contained in this box (“Product”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery following the original retail purchase (the “Warranty Period”). If the Product fails to conform to this Limited Warranty during the Warranty Period, Nanit will, at its sole discretion, either (a) repair or replace any defective Product or component; or (b) accept the return of the Product and refund the money actually paid by the original purchaser for the Product.           A Nanit insights plan is not required to use the Nanit Pro Baby Monitor. You'll still be able to use the monitor and access core features including the high-quality live stream video, real-time sound and motion notifications, background audio, Breathing Motion Monitoring, temperature + humidity tracking, two-way audio, white noise and nature sounds, and up to two users with adjustable permissions, all via your Nanit App and an Internet connection. You can also use the nightlight feature, share your video feed with up to one family member, friend, or caregiver, and collaborate with your additional users to support your baby best.

          Both the Nanit Floor Stand and the Nanit Wall Mount provide a bird’s-eye view of your crib, along with safe cable management. The Floor Stand provides a bit more flexibility since it can be used in free-standing mode to monitor babies in cribs or bassinets that are not located directly against a wall. For accurate Insights, the Floor Stand is recommended to be placed on the long side of the crib. However, if you have a toddler that moves around a bit more, the Wall Mount might be a better idea.

          Yes. While an overhead mount is recommended for nightly use, Breathing Motion Monitoring is available while using the Flex Stand.

          No. In order for Nanit’s algorithms to track your baby’s sleep patterns, your Nanit Pro Camera must be positioned in the Floor Stand or overhead in the Wall Mount.

          Yes! You can easily snap Nanit out of its overhead mount and then snap it into the Nanit Flex Stand, allowing you to bring Nanit to the next room or take it on the go. Keep in mind that sleep analytics are more limited with the Flex Stand, and that it offers a 130° view instead of a full overhead view. Nanit remembers up to 10 WiFi networks and reconnects in seconds once you’re back home. One thing to note, however, is that it will only connect to WiFi networks that are private and secure.

          Yes! In addition to your smartphone, the Nanit app is available for iPad and Android tablets.

          Yes! With the Nanit, you check in on your baby with Alexa. You can see your live video stream and hear audio. You can also ask Alexa about your baby’s night, including how and when your baby slept, how many times you took them out of the crib, when they woke up, about your baby’s sleep stats, and even turn on their nightlight. More ways to see your baby include Google Home* and webstreaming on my.nanit.com*.
