To get your gifts by Dec 24, please use our suggested order cutoff dates. Orders shipping to Military Bases or PO Boxes should be placed by noon EST on Dec 8.
NOTE: Shipping delays can occur during the holiday season and delivery times are not guaaranteed. We are doing our best to ensure your package is in transit and on its way. Please understand that packaging delays do occur due to circumstances out of our control. So the sooner you ship, the better!

- Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer fast, free shipping for any order in the US! These orders will ship with FedEx or DHL and will take 5-10 days to arrive once shipped.
We are not liable for orders not being delivered within a specific time frame when the free shipping method is used. We do not recommend shipping the product to a hotel if you need it by a specific date as we cannot guarantee the delivery date.
We offer express shipping in the US! For an additional cost, you can choose Express Shipping at checkout. Express Shipping will take 1-2 business days to process (M-F), and will ship using 2nd Day Air.
Please note that once an order has been placed, we cannot update the address, size, or products ordered. You will receive a separate email with the tracking information, once your order ships.
Orders placed before 12PM ET will typically process within one to two business day and ship as follows, unless a product is on backorder.
